LezMALKINPassed away peacefully on 11th July 2014, aged 64 years. Loving father to James and Luke. Grandfather to Skye and Leila. Funeral to take place at Perry Barr Crematorium on Monday 4th August 2014 at 15.00pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses. Sadly missed by all friends and family.
